Associate in small general practice firm in Tampa, with responsibilities including real estate transactions, general commercial transactions and litigation, wills and probate, adoptions, dissolutions of marriage, and corporations.


David B. Kessler, P.A.                              1979-1980

Associate in 3 member firm in South Pasadena that was primarily personal injury related. I was hired to develop the general practice aspects of the firm.

I was offered a partnership with Fisher & Sauls, P.A., as a resident partner in their Seminole office. My practice did not change much, other than I was able to concentrate more on my real estate litigation and general corporate law practice. I served as the Firm's Real Estate Team Chief and assisted the Litigation Team with its RTC representation.
